2Bmagic uses multiple fulfillment locations. The warehouse used for an order can vary by product, available inventory, and destination.

U.S. Standard Shipping

• Orders under $99: $7.99 standard shipping
• Orders of $99 or more: free standard shipping

The shipping option and final charge shown at checkout are the source of truth for your order.

Fulfillment & Delivery

Some products may be fulfilled from U.S. inventory when available, while other products may ship from an international fulfillment location. Because fulfillment origin can vary by item and inventory, delivery timing can also vary.

Orders are normally prepared during business days. After shipment, use the carrier tracking link for the most current delivery estimate.

Tracking Your Order

When tracking is available, shipment information is sent by email after the carrier receives the package information. A tracking link may need additional time to show its first carrier scan.

Address Changes

Email 2bmagicstore@gmail.com immediately if you notice an address error. We cannot guarantee an address change after an order enters processing or is transferred to the carrier.

International Orders

Available international shipping options and final charges are shown at checkout. Local customs, duties, taxes, or import charges may apply depending on destination and are not controlled by 2Bmagic.

Marked Delivered but Not Found

1. Check the delivery location, mailbox, front desk, household members, and nearby safe places.
2. Review the carrier tracking page for delivery notes.
3. Contact the carrier when additional delivery details are available.
4. If the package still cannot be located, email us with your order number and tracking information.
